Game Notes:
1) There I go trying to change a supply center ownership abbreviation and get myself off track. FRANCE actually only has 3 builds since I forgot to remove ownership of Papal States from him as Austria took it. I used "pps" for the abbreviation there, but "pap" for it in FRANCE's list, which is why I didn't catch it. Thanks for the heads up on this. Also, England could also retreat A Colombia-Amazon, and he chose to do just that. Especially with retreat options, you will do well to check me.
2) I've also cleaned up a few minor issues in the Supply Center Chart and added what might be the complete list of remaining neutrals. Thanks to Robert Stimmel for giving me a hand!! Check if I have any more confusing or repetitive abbreviations there. I am going to keep listing the movements with full names to make it possible for readers following the game to tell what is happening.
